Clarification Regarding Upcoming Final Transition from WebPortal to my.SDSU

Dear colleagues,
 
We are writing to clarify an important element of the my.SDSU transition announced in a campuswide message yesterday. 
 
Please note: It is not necessary or expected for any faculty to download past evaluations in preparation for the transition to my.SDSU. All Faculty Evaluation Results will continue to be accessible to individual faculty through WebPortal Archive until August 2023. After August 2023, access to historical Faculty Evaluation Results can be requested through the respective college or departmental coordinator.
