Invitation: Attend the my.SDSU Town Hall

Dear SDSU faculty and staff, We would like to invite you to attend the upcoming my.SDSU Town Hall, which will be held in person and virtually, via Zoom. An RSVP is not required to attend.

Details are as follows:

  • Date: Friday, Oct. 28, 2022
  • Time: 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.
  • Location: Virtually, via Zoom (please log on shortly before 1 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 28)

During the town hall, we will provide updates and also answer questions about the university’s transition to my.SDSU. Scheduled panelists include the following:

  • Beth Warrem, University Controller (student financials) 
  • Jerry Sheehan, Chief Information Officer and Vice President for Information Technology
  • Lindsay Vance, Senior Director for SDSU Global Campus Instructional Design (my.SDSU Training and Support Lead) 
  • Randy Timm, Associate Vice President & Dean of Students
  • Rose Pasenelli, Associate Vice President of Student Financial Resources 
  • Stefan Hyman, Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management
  • Stephanie Anderson, Registrar 
  • Tony Chung, Associate Vice President, Enterprise Information Systems
