Student Academic Record and Registration Appointments Now Available in my.SDSU

Dear SDSU Students:

The student academic record is now available in my.SDSU along with 2023 registration appointments.

Spring 2023 Registration Appointments 
Spring 2023 registration appointments are now viewable in my.SDSU. You will find your appointment time under the “Manage Classes” tile once you login.

When you click on the tile under Enrollment Appointments you will see your detailed information.

You are encouraged to meet with your advisor to review the spring 2023 class schedule and plan for when your registration opens, which begins on schedule on Nov. 28.

Official and Unofficial Transcript, Availability on Nov. 4
Unofficial and official transcripts will become available within my.SDSU on Nov. 4. This timing allows  additional work with our third party payment vendor, further testing and verification, and to allow for the entering of legacy data since our now-archived systems were frozen on Oct. 1.  

You can continue to view your unofficial transcript or order official transcripts in WebPortal Archive through Nov. 4. These transcripts will reflect your academic record as of Sept. 30. WebPortal Archive can be accessed through the WebPortal Archive tile in my.SDSU.

my.SDSU Town Hall
On Friday, Oct. 28, at 1 p.m., a my.SDSU Zoom Town Hall will be held virtually (please log on shortly before 1 p.m., as registration is not required). 

This forum will allow us to recognize the staff responsible for the achievement of the complete student record availability, and answer questions from our students, faculty and staff.
