Fall 2023 Grade Submission Deadline

The San Diego and Imperial Valley campus grades submission period for fall 2023 is currently open and ends on the University Senate deadline of Friday, December 29 at 11 p.m.

Grades must be submitted online in my.SDSU. Please refer to the How Do I Submit Grades to my.SDSU? guide to learn how to submit your grades.

If you use the Final Grade Override feature in Canvas and upload grades using the Canvas Import method in my.SDSU, please note that the process has slightly changed. Please refer to the Canvas Import guide for details.

Late grades that are not submitted to my.SDSU by the University Senate deadline can only be submitted to the Office of the Registrar via the AdobeSign Grade Change Request form.
