Data conversion begins. WebPortal data will "freeze." Data is still viewable, but won't be updated.

During the transition no updates can be made to student records due to the need to synchronize data accross systems. As such, though the following can be submitted to the Office of the Registrar, they will be held for processing until 10/24 and thereafter:

The Fall 2022 semester will be one of many changes at San Diego State University. To assist with the transition, we have created this page to help explain what Fall 2022 will look like for students in my.SDSU.

my.SDSU will be unavailable while the system undergoes scheduled maintenance at the following times: Mondays from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM (PDT)

As we proceed toward the midpoint of this semester as well as the third go-live in the my.SDSU project, we wanted to keep everyone informed about significant changes for incoming and continuing students for the Fall 2022 - Spring 2023 academic year.

We are pleased to announce the launch of my.SDSU, SDSU’s new student information system! Continuing students applying for financial aid will be able to log-in to my.SDSU in early February. All other continuing students will be given access to my.SDSU by March 2022.

Over the course of the spring 2022 term, the university will be transitioning from our current systems for Enrollment/Registration, Financial Aid, and Student Accounting to PeopleSoft Campus Solutions.
