Admission and Application Support
Within two weeks of submitting your Cal State Apply application, you will receive an email from San Diego State University that includes your SDSUid. After activating your ID, you'll be given access to mySDSU to track your application status, view your to-do-list and update your contact information. If you have any questions relating to your admission status, or any other questions relating to your application to attend SDSU, please contact SDSU's Office of Admissions.
The Office of Admissions offers both in-person and virtual support on weekdays.
Financial Aid & Student Accounts & Charges Support
If you have questions about uploading financial aid data to my.SDSU, or any other questions relating to financial aid, scholarships, tuition and charges, please visit SDSU's Student Financial Center (SFC).
The Student Financial Center's Virtual Help Desk is open Monday to Friday, from 9am to 4pm (PT).

Enrollment & Registration Support
If you have any questions about how to enroll in classes, where to view the schedule of classes, or any other questions related to enrollment and registration, please visit the Office of the Registrar.
Students will access my.SDSU using their SDSUid.
How to Log in: Go to my.sdsu.edu and use the “Login to my.SDSU” link. Then, enter your SDSUid - [email protected] - and password to login to my.SDSU.
